Ok, so I'm working on my Wilson livestock trailer, and I have a question: what would be the best material to make the center roll-up door like this? The roll-up door in the kit is "wood", and the pieces look like 2x4.

I would imagine some Evergreen or plastruct corrugated siding type of material would work.

Measure the width and depth of the original pieces and get some evergreen or plastruct strips the same size and cut them the right length. Then use some clear packing tape on the inside and tape them together so they will slide like the real thing up and down. Paint silver or any other color you wish to look like metal.
Or take the parts you already have and sand the one side smooth and paint them. If they got a wood design on them just sand it off.

i used some balsa wood 1/16" strips cut to length then i used a piece of wide rubber band and super glued it to the back of each piece so it would roll up and down.
